Again, Mining Boss Akogwu Bags Young Leader Award 2025

A Mining expert and soaring professional, Mr. Denzel Henry Akogwu has yet again received a scarce award from the International Institute of Professional Corporate Entrepreneurship and Leadership (IIPCEL), known as Young Corporate Entrepreneur and Leadership of the year 2025.
Akogwu, also a philanthropist, is the Chairman, Elipse International Limited, a Mining and exploration mineral processing and export company.
The award given, is however, aimed at recognising individuals, who are typically young people and have demonstrated exceptional vision, innovation, and leadership in building their own enterprises or driving success within larger organizations.
The awards celebrate the ability to overcome challenges, drive economic growth, and often create social or environmental impact.

“We deemed it fit to honor Akogwu with this conferment as he has shown himself strong by reducing the unemployment rate in Plateau State.

The Entrepreneurship body honored Akogwu for introducing new ideas, products and having the ability to lead, inspire others, and manage teams effectively.
The awards also recognises his growth in tangible business successes, including financial performance, job creation, and future growth potential.
Also, Akogwu is found worthy in promoting social Impacts, recognizing purpose-driven business models that contribute to community development and sustainability.
The award also pursued and found him due to his entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, energy, and skills in turning ideas into successful businesses.
He has a proven track record of revenue generation, market expansion and high potential for scalability.
