Elipse Industries Ltd wishes to inform the general public that it has exhausted its contracted agreement with Chuangyue Industries Nig Ltd, adding that it will not be held liable if anyone transact business with the said company on behalf of Elipse.

Termination of Contract Notification

We would like to officially notify the general public that our subsidiary company, Elipse Industries Ltd, has reached the conclusion of its contract with Chuangyue Industrial Nig Ltd. This contract commenced on August 2, 2022, and was scheduled for a duration of three consecutive years, coming to an end on August 1, 2025.

With the termination of this contract, it is imperative to inform the public that anyone engaging in business transactions with Chuangyue Industrial Nig Ltd under a license previously associated with Elipse Industries Ltd does so at their own risk. Elipse Industries Ltd will no longer be liable or involved in any business conducted under these previous arrangements.

Furthermore, we wish to state unequivocally that from this point forward, Elipse Industries Ltd will not be entertaining any new financial investors. Our strategic decision is to proceed solely and independently in our future business endeavors.
