Nigeria @65: Mining Coy Elipse, lauds Nigerians, President Tinubu

A Mining Company in Nigeria, Elipse Industries, has congratulated President Bola Tinubu and the entire nation on the occasion of the country’s 65th Independence Anniversary.

Elipse said he understands that the country is going through the process of reforms occasioned by the removal of subsidy, but tasked countrymen to persevere a little longer as government policy is hoped to boost the nation’s economy.

Speaking in a statement sent to our correspondent on Wednesday, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Mr. Henry Akogwu, added that if the current business environment as framed by the government is sustained, the gains will be felt by the entire country.

“God has indeed blessed the country with immeasurable human and natural resources. What is required is a collective effort by all stakeholders to build the nation of our dreams, transcending religious, ethnic, and political differences,” Akogwu said.

He also said, as much as the country is celebrating, citizens should also reflect on the journey so far and make a renewed commitment to personally contribute their quota to the development of the country.

While insecurity, economic difficulties, and political divisions remain pressing issues, Elipse urged citizens not to lose faith but to remain patriotic and steadfast.

According to him: “My dear resilient and wonderful people of this great nation, I wish to heartily congratulate you for witnessing Nigeria’s 65th Independence Anniversary celebration.

“Elipse salutes your resilience, patience and endurance knowing the country will be better for it.

“Let me also congratulate our President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, for his demonstrated commitment to the peace and development of our dear country”, he said.
