A Nigerian billionaire in the Mining industry, Mr. Henry Akogwu, who is the Chief Executive Officer, Elipse International, has rejoiced with the former governor of Taraba State in north-eastern Nigeria, Arc. Darius Dickson Ishaku, as he turns 71 years old.
