Residents celebrates local council boss Tyem in Nigeria’s Plateau

Residence of a local community in Nigeria’s Langtang North of Plateau state on Friday lauded their Executive Chairman Hon Pirfa Tyem for his “development initiatives” which they said had contributed immensely to the noticeable transformation of the Council Area since the past one year.

Our correspondent who spoke to several stakeholders lauded the council boss for putting the interest of the council first in all his dealings.

Sarah Nanzing a citizen from Pilgani community noted that the Council boss is “people centric” in his approach to governance .

In his words ‘We want to commend our council boss Hon Tyem for his one year of Purposeful Leadership”

“Our council boss has done a lot in the Education , Heath, sector as well as providing several other dividends of democracy to our people.”

“Our council boss in the past one year has revamped critical sectors and his projects are littered in some of our rural communities, so far over 1,000 JAMB forms were purchased and distributed freely to indigent students, regardless of political affiliation. “

He stressed that “Hon Pirfa Tyem has also constructed blocks of classrooms as well as supplied chairs and desks to primary schools , creating a more dignified and conducive environment for pupils and teachers alike.”

Another citizen of the Local government Mr Nansel Bali said the Council boss Hon Pirfa Tyem has successfully drilled boreholes in all 15 wards ensuring safe drinking water reaches every corner of the LGA.

Their are also plans underway to drill more boreholes during the dry season, guaranteeing year-round access to clean water for our people.

” Our council boss has also done a lot in the health sector as on resumption nof office recruited ad-hoc staff to strengthen service delivery in primary health centers.”

” Tyem has also renovated the Education Office Complex , restoring pride to our civil service structure as well as remodeled the Local Government Council Block, introducing modern offices that reflect the LGA’s progressive agenda.”

To tackle insecure, Hon Pirfa Tyem procured 21 motorcycles to enhance mobility and rapid response for both security operatives and education officers.”

“Also in amplifying the People’s Voice, the Council boss revived the Ngapak FM Radio and secured a permanent broadcasting license, ensuring that the voice of Langtang North is now heard far beyond . “

“We call on the people of the council to continue to support our Executive Chairman Hon Pirfa Tyem at all times, he added.
