Nigerian Postal Service Announces $80 Customs Duty on All Parcels Sent to the U.S.

Nigeria The Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) has revealed that Nigerians sending parcels to the United States will now be required to pay a prepaid customs duty of $80 (approximately N123,000), effective from August 29, 2025. This new fee applies to all parcels, excluding letters and documents.
