Nigeria’s Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau state on Friday wooed voters as he sprays money while moving on his convoy.
Our corespondent reports that crowd of people were seen scrambling to pick up some Naira bills as the governor’s convey made his way to the stadium to inspect last minutes preparations ahead of President Mohammadu Buhari campaign rally bid to hold on Saturday in Jos the city capital.
Big names like the chairman of the ruling party, Adams Oshiomhole, the President’s DG campaign, Rotimi Ameachi and other state governors from the northcentral states are also expected to accompany President Buhari as his campaign train hits Jos on Saturday.
However Gov. Lalong is hopeful that Plateau will deliver overwhelming votes to Buhari and the APC in the forthcoming elections.
